F2 Contact CRM is the contact management and profiling database used by all other Platfform modules for centralised reporting and campaign facilitation..

Contact contains all the contact profile information, which can then be used for the construction of simple and complex (i.e. multi-conditional) lists for segmentation and marketing purposes, whilst also enabling the creation and execution of all triggered and scheduled events, such as automated ‘Happy Birthday’ emails or credit card expiry notifications.

    • F2 Contact is more than just a CRM, it is also responsible for managing all the workflow requirements and there is a huge range of features that come standard:

This extension allows all sales taken through the mobile sales interface to also be included in all of the standard Contact workflow automation configured, such as automated invoice generation, staff notifications, packing slip generation and post-purchase marketing communications.
